Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website cybersec.cy and the provision of information-security and IT services offered through it by an independent provider operating under the trading name CYBERSEC CYPRUS ("we", "the Provider"). By using the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

The site is informational and presents a list of services: implementation and administration of security solutions (MDM with Jamf, EDR/AV, SIEM on Wazuh, Google Workspace), IT-infrastructure setup, external-perimeter and web audits, information-security policy development, phishing simulations and training. Prices shown on the site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. The exact scope, price and timeline are fixed in a separate proposal or agreement for each specific project.

2. Authorisation to perform work

Security audits, penetration testing, phishing simulations and other "active" work are performed only with the written authorisation of the owner of the information systems and strictly within the agreed scope. The client warrants that it holds lawful rights over the systems and data to be tested. Without such authorisation, the work will not be carried out.

3. Client responsibilities

4. Confidentiality

All information obtained during the work (audit results, identified vulnerabilities, internal data) is strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law. Where necessary, a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Payment

Payment terms and schedules are agreed individually and set out in the proposal or agreement. For new projects, prepayment or staged payment may apply. All prices are stated exclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of liability

Services are provided with professional care; however, information security cannot be absolutely guaranteed. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for the consequences of actions by the client or third parties beyond the agreed scope of work. The Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the value of the relevant services provided.

7. Intellectual property and naming

The content and design of this website and the cybersec.cy domain belong to us. "CYBERSEC CYPRUS" is used as an unregistered trading name for this website and is not represented as a registered trademark; no exclusive rights to the name are claimed. All third-party names and marks (for example Jamf, Google Workspace, Wazuh) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Reports and materials prepared within a project are transferred to the client on the terms set out in the agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
